What are the shipping costs?

Why does the date of delivery not align with the X-Y business day delivery date? 

There is a chance that the Seller or our courier partners will observe a holiday between the day you placed your purchase and the delivery date, which is based on the timetables displayed on the product page. In this instance, an additional day is added to the predicted date. The fact that certain courier partners and Sellers do not operate on Sundays is reflected in the delivery dates.

What is the approximate time of delivery?

Sundays and public holidays are not business days.

There are NO hidden fees associated with Mithra publication purchases. The prices shown are final and inclusive. The price displayed on the product page is the exact price you will pay.

Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

The ability of our courier partner serving your location to accept cash at the time of delivery determines the availability of cash-on-delivery.

How do I arrange for a pick-up of an item I need to return? 

Returns are simple. Contact us to initiate a return. After initiating a return, you will receive a phone call detailing the process.

You may return the item through a third-party courier service if the pick-up cannot be arranged. The seller is responsible for return costs.

What do tags such as “In Stock” and “Available” mean?

‘In Stock’

For items marked as “In Stock,” sellers will provide an estimated delivery date based on your zip code (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For all other locations, orders will be dispatched via Registered Post via the Indian Postal Service, which may take between one and two weeks depending on the region.

‘Available’

The Seller may not have the item in stock, but can obtain it when the item is ordered. The delivery time will depend on the projected duration of procurement and the estimated duration of shipment to your location.

“Out of Inventory”

The item is not currently available for purchase. Utilize the ‘Notify Me’ function to be notified when it becomes available for purchase.

“Temporary Unavailability”

The item is out of stock and unavailable for purchase at this time. The product may be available soon. Utilize the ‘Notify Me’ function to be alerted when the item is available for purchase.

“No longer printed”

This item is unavailable because it is no longer produced and has been discontinued permanently.

Does Mithra offer international shipping? 

Currently, Mithra does not offer worldwide shipping.
