The Vendor or Seller shall invoice or bill the Buyer directly.

The risk of loss and title for things purchased from Mithra publications transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier, under the company’s regular terms of sale.

TERMINATION AND TERMINATION’S IMPACT

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, Mithra publishing may instantly terminate this Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement without prior notice. Mithra publishing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products that were listed at an inaccurate price or with incorrect information due to typographical mistake or inaccuracy in pricing or product information obtained from our vendors or suppliers. Mithra publishing has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card debited. You agree that Mithra publication’s remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate, and that Mithra publications shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages Mithra publications may be legally entitled to recover, along with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees.

No claim or remedy of Mithra publishing shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including, without limitation, damages, injunctive relief, attorney’s fees, and costs.

No instance of Mithra publications waiving its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall be construed as obligating Mithra publications to give similar, future, or other waivers.
